Contact messages: 24 months. Unconverted commercial requests: 36 months. Operation files: the statutory period applicable to maritime and accounting records. IP addresses collected for anti-abuse purposes: 12 months.

Security

Attachments are stored outside the web root and are accessible only to authorised staff. Access is logged.
